Pennine No.3 Cellar IPA - IPA 4.3% 500ml

An old English IPA to collaborate with our partners, Vale of Mowbray and the history originating from the Plewes brewery and renowned pork pie makers this traditional IPA recipe is taken from a similar recipe that would have been used by the Plewes brewery to make their IPA’s using the grain and hops available to them at the time. The English hops used provide a more earthy happiness to the beer along with a honey sweetness which was appropriate for the style at the time this also provide the perfect accompaniment to the Vale of Mowbray pork pie … perfect!!

Taste: A classic I.P.A. full bodied with a pronounced citrus aroma leading to a deep hop bitterness and finishing with a new world fruitiness
